What To Say When Someone Says “No Thanks”

Several weeks ago I met a bright young college student at a conference in California. I asked him if he’d like to take look at one of my favorite business projects to see if it might be a fit for him. He agreed, so I emailed him several streaming videos. A few days later he got back and said, “no thanks” because (1) he’d just started a new job and (2) he’d had some bad experiences in the past with network marketing.  However, he also asked a VERY interesting question at the end of his email. In this short audio [5:44] please “look over my shoulder” as I respond to this important question.

  • One of your very best Monte. I recommend all who are in network marketing or considering it to listen to the insights you share. They can be life changing. Thanks for all you do for so many, Marilyn

  • Thank you Marilyn. I’m so glad you stay tuned in and I’m always open to suggestions for topics. I appreciate you!

  • Hey Monte you are the most inspiring person I have met, I saw you speak in San Diego and I learned so much there and I listen to you as often as I can. I had a funny situation the other day a young man asked me to share my story about why I got involved and after I was done I recommended to the new recruit on the phone with his possible upline on the other line that when he gets plugged into the system to look for you up and get signed up for inspiration to build the business little did I know is that the man that asked me to talk to his prospect is your business. I recommend you to all my friends and downline and upline too to listen to you and put it to work to inspire everyone whether they do the business or not because I learn something from you every time and I am energized. I recently went in to a tail spin this last month when the month prior I had finally his silver level and was so proud of my accomplishment and then the following months I have hit rock bottom and just about everyone I signed up stopped buying from vemma all at once so now I am starting all over again I have to say it is going to be a challenge especially since I live in a retirement community that just either already has a lot of money or is on disability and do not want to do anything to mess up their disability it has been to say the least very frustrating to continue I had to take a step back and re-evaluate my situation and now I am starting again. But you have inspired me again to continue thanks for everything
